Clients are welcome to come along while I inspect the home
and encouraged to ask questions at anytime. With over
40 years of experience in remodeling, building and
maintaining homes, I enjoy helping others with difficult
questions about home building and maintenance.
I provide a thorough inspection of the interior and exterior
of each home, reviewing the structure from the roof line
down to the foundation. This means I climb onto the roof
and crawl into the crawl space. There are no inspections
made from my truck seat.
